2.1. To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements.
2.2. Once you submit an order request, we will review it and provide a quote and estimated timeline. The final price and timeline may be subject to change based on the complexity of the project.
2.3. After accepting the quote, we require an upfront payment before we commence work on your project. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion and before the delivery of the final files.

3. Intellectual Property:

3.1. All creative works, including animations, designs, concepts, and project files, remain the sole property of TOONVY until the full payment is received.
3.2. Upon receiving full payment, the client gains full rights to use the final animation/video for their intended purposes. However, TOONVY reserves the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials.
3.3. The client must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions for any content (such as images, music, and other assets) provided to TOONVY for use in the project. TOONVY will not be held liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues related to the content provided by the client.

4. Revisions and Changes:

4.1. We strive to provide high-quality work, and customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a limited number of revisions (as specified in your project contract) to make necessary changes to the animation/video.
4.2. Major changes beyond the scope of the original project brief may incur additional charges.

5. Delivery and Review:

5.1. We will deliver the completed animation/video to the client via a secure online link or as otherwise agreed upon.
5.2. The client has a reasonable period (as specified in the project contract) to review the delivered work and provide feedback.

6. Confidentiality:

6.1. TOONVY will treat all client information, Social Media Credentials and project details with the utmost confidentiality.
6.2. The client agrees not to disclose any confidential information related to TOONVY, including but not limited to our proprietary techniques, processes, and trade secrets.

7. Payment and Refunds:

7.1. Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of the project. We accept various payment methods, and details will be provided upon request.
7.2. Refunds will be considered in exceptional circumstances, subject to our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability:

8.1. TOONVY will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.
8.2. TOONVY will not be responsible for any delays or failures in delivering the project due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, technical issues, or client delays in providing feedback.

9. Termination of Services:

9.1. We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches any of these Terms of Service or engages in any inappropriate or unlawful behaviour.
9.2. The client may terminate services by providing written notice and settling any outstanding balances.

10. Governing Law:

10.1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to the Terms of Service:

11.1. TOONVY may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
